Giuseppe’s Pizza is an Italian restaurant up on the hill overlooking the Inn at Bay Point, near the Meredith old downtown.  It has two floors, with full dining downstairs and the more casual pizza and pub upstairs. The place is popular, and when we went one weeknight, it was quite full. Baseball was on the TV and a local crew seemed to be enjoying the Red Sox’s comfortable lead.  Seems like a great place to watch any sport.

We found a table for two and ordered some food.  My girlfriend and I shared a massive brownie that was more like a chocolate cake.  Pretty good, though not exactly what I like (of course, chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream is ok in any situation…even if it’s pretending to be a brownie). We also had a pizza, which was large and tasty.

I’d recommend Giuseppe’s for a casual dinner out. They advertised having live music, although we didn’t see it when we went. We’ll need to try again, though, as  I love watching a live band.
