Bar at The Upper Deck

Wolfeboro regular joint right along Main Street with a great view of the water and a relaxed atmosphere all day long.  Went here to have some pub food and watch the World Cup games in the late afternoon.  We were anxious to watch the US play.  The folks working here are friendly.  The customers were locals just off work or taking an extended summer lunch hour complete with a couple of beers.  They have a long bar and balcony looking at the water for eating and smoking.  They also have an extensive game room at the front of the building.  Pool and other games to play.  Food here was as expected.  Large and good… and moderately cheap.  They also served king-sized drinks.  The first 16 ounce scotch and soda I’d ever had.  Got a pretty good buzz before 3pm.  Hey! It is my vacation.
