In Franconia Notch State Park. It was an extraordinary summer for heat in New Hampshire this year.  I wrote about this  as a good escape from the hot weather last year.  This year, we really put it to the test.  It was the perfect choice.  If it’s hot outside and you want some outdoor activity, I can verify this is an excellent choice.  The trail is very civilized.  You will never mistake this for a wilderness adventure.  But they parks department has kept this place well and it’s still amazing for us city folks to see so many interesting things.
