Great Golfing at Ridgewood

I’ll give you details on Ridgewood because it is so close to the cabin and so nice.  I played it last year and it was amazing.  Part of golfing for me is the atmosphere and the view.  This really has it.  It’s also well maintained and challenging.  They really worked to preserve the wetlands so don’t be surprised if your ball ends up in one! This is a public course about 5 minutes from the Suissevale cottage in Moultonborough.  Take it from me…excellent.  Not sure if they rent clubs.  I borrowed by uncle’s.  If you are driving up, throw your clubs in the car.  They’ve seen Bears on the course before.  They’ve also had moose tear-up a green one time.  All part of the game up here.  My uncle had to skip a hole once because of an angry mother bear.  Prices are on the website.
